Terms of Use — Rachis Attendance Application
These terms cover your use of the Rachis attendance application provided to you by Clifton Export Private Limited ("the Company"). By using the application you agree to them.
The app is provided for work
The application is provided by the Company for recording your attendance and duty presence. It is for employment use only and remains subject to Company policy.
One registered device
Your account is linked to a single registered device. If you change or lose your device, contact your HR or department head to have it re-registered. Do not share your login or use another person's account.
Using it honestly
You agree to use the application only to record your own attendance, and not to attempt to falsify, tamper with, or interfere with attendance data or the system.
Your privacy
The attendance photograph, location, and other data the app collects are handled as described in our Privacy Notice. Please read it.
Availability
The Company aims to keep the application available during working hours but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If the app is unavailable, follow your unit's fallback attendance procedure.
